For Kosh Solutions, content generation represents a realm of endless possibilities through the power of collaboration between human writers and GPT. One critical tip I have for those new to creating with GPT is that the depth of the prompt you write directly influences content quality. Ensure that the inputs provided to GPT are rich and comprehensive and the output will be much better than generic responses. Also, the text generated by GPT typically forms the foundation for the content but then a real-life human goes in and cleans up the article, newsletter, or social post to ensure accuracy and add personal insights and touches.

Here is the prompt I started ChatGPT with:

As you can see, it is not a short prompt! Once I received the initial output, I then worked the article a bit more by having GPT expand or remove text. Finally, I took the text and added more Kosh specific or personal touches before publishing.

All Fun and Games Until Cybersecurity Gets Involved

As new team members step into the Kosh family, they are greeted with a solid onboarding experience, but now thanks to GPT we have generated employee guidebooks and quizzes to help the new person get to know Kosh and their role. These resources provide newcomers with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in their roles. Creating employee handbooks was something that we had on our todo list for a while but something more pressing always came up. But with GPT all we had to do was plug in the job description and ask it to create an onboarding quiz and a handbook of critical elements to do the job correctly. GPT was surprisingly good at putting this type of content together. After getting the output from GPT we simply had to place the text in a Word document and export as a PDF. Voila! A useful and thorough onboarding document that is not only applicable for new employees, but also aids in maintaining alignment throughout the organization.
