Kosh Solutions: The Beginning
Kosh Solutions was founded in 2005 by Koert Council and Joshua Fristoe to provide quality computer and IT consulting service to an under-served market in Las Cruces, New Mexico. What started as 2 local gentleman desiring to deliver superb customer service and incredible technical support grew to an organized team of IT Professionals within 6 months.

Koert Council was born and raised in Las Cruces, graduated from Onate High School and went on to pursue a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from New Mexico State University. Koert demonstrated his aptitude in this subject by graduating early, in just 3 years. During his college years he interned at Lockheed Martin in San Jose. After college, Koert traveled around the country performing a variety of jobs, realizing that rather than being chained to a desk all day writing code, he particularly enjoyed helping people and the customer service interactions.
Joshua Fristoe was also born and raised in Las Cruces, graduated from Onate High School, and continued his education by graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Mathematics. During his tenure at UNM, Joshua was a Network Administrator with the UNM School of Architecture and Planning. This position gave Joshua valuable insight and experience with multi-location campus environments, Information Technology policy, and customer support.
